What you provide
The input is one photo of one consenting adult. Do not upload a group photo or additional people. The photo is used to create the requested bicep heart gesture video and is not treated as a public example.
Storage limits
Our photo copies are removed within 7 days of delivery, cancellation or refund. Videos remain available for 30 days after delivery.
Processing provider
Atlas Cloud processes the media used to generate videos. Its retention policy applies separately from our storage limits. Provider details will be reviewed before orders open.
Deletion and support
Deleting our copies removes site access and stored copies but cannot remove files you already downloaded or shared. Payment records may remain. Contact support@bicephearttrend.video for privacy or deletion help.
Analytics and error reports
Optional analytics requires consent and does not receive your photos, email address or private order links. Refusing analytics does not affect purchases or downloads. Technical error reports exclude photo contents and account emails.
Provider policies
Our storage deadlines do not control copies held by processing providers. Review Atlas Cloud’s data policy and input-upload documentation. The final production route will be identified before checkout opens.
