What the timing is based on
The current estimate comes from one accepted sample that took about 8 minutes 12 seconds from payment to delivery. One sample does not establish a reliable average or a promise for every order. Upload time and processing can vary. Review the timing shown before payment; the 30-minute limit concerns delivery of a paid order, not how long a downloaded video is available.
Return to the same account and order
Open My videos and sign in with the same email account used for the purchase. The order page is the place to check progress, see an input problem and find the finished clip. If you closed the checkout tab, check the saved order before paying again. Do not create a second order just because the first is still processing.
Download and check the complete MP4
Once delivered, play the whole 7-second clip and use its download control to save the 720 × 1280 MP4. Check the downloaded file before deleting your local copy or sharing it. Videos remain available on the site for 30 days after delivery, so download a copy if you want to keep it beyond that period.
If the result is late or missing
An undelivered paid order beyond the displayed delivery limit can be cancelled for a full refund. Use the action on the existing order, or contact support@bicephearttrend.video with the order reference if you cannot reach it. A refund request and the funds arriving back at your payment method are different stages. Never send your card number or password to support.
