Local selection and server processing are different
The initial photo preview is prepared in your browser. The site keeps a local draft so you can continue the same order, subject to your browser's storage availability. After payment, the prepared photo is uploaded for processing. Removing a local selection and deleting an already uploaded order are different actions; use the order page or contact support for an existing paid order.
Who processes the image
Atlas Cloud processes the media used to generate the video. The provider's own data policy applies separately from this website's retention periods. Our deletion of site copies does not establish deletion of all provider records, backups, files you downloaded or copies you shared elsewhere. Read the privacy page and provider policy before uploading if that distinction matters to you.
What stays private and what you choose to share
Sign in to your own account to view, download or manage the order. The public example on this website uses a fictional adult and is separate from customer uploads. Downloading your result does not automatically publish it. Posting that downloaded file to a social platform creates a new copy governed by that platform and your sharing settings.
Make a privacy request with the right information
Contact support@bicephearttrend.video with your order reference and a clear description of the request. Do not email passwords, payment card numbers or additional private photos unless a specific support process requires them. Payment records may need to remain even when media is removed. Use the privacy and contact pages below for the current site policy and reporting route.
